Sometimes even simple things are difficult

What must it be to watch from a distance as our world of humans and animals exist together. I'm sure there are days of laughter and pride while others bring tears to a breaking heart. If tears must be shed let them be "happy" tears.

On the web we have virtual pets that are given warm loving homes on our web sites. In our real world animals are being abused or killed every day. What a wonderful world this would be if "all" our animals could be safe. The stories show the truth in our real world :(( Let's change those stories!!

Please take a moment to visit these sites that don't all have happy endings. All our animals deserve the right to be given the best care and protection that life has to offer them. To offer them less is abuse!

The size, species or sex of our animals should hold no difference in our heart. They "all" depend on us their protectors and providers. If you see someone being cruel to "any" animal it should not be tolerated!!! If someone could deliberately hurt or injure any animal how can they understand the meaning of love, respect, loyalty or responsibility?

It's time for all of us to say it doesn't matter what kind of animal it is dogs, cats, birds, horses, rabbits and so on and so on they DO NOT deserve this treatment and our society DOES NOT need to be held hostage to the threats of our animals being injured or mutilated. If you see ANY animal being injured REPORT them!! If we see abuse and DON'T report it, who is the abuser?

The animal and the perpetrator BOTH need help!!!

No matter what "never" give a kitten as a gift unless the person has already given their acceptance, and understands and accepts the responsibility. Kittens brought into the home under these circumstances have a very good chance of ending up in a shelter or on the street struggling to stay alive.

Keep your pets at home where they are safe, don't let them roam wild where they can be captured!!

It's a terrible thing to think our human society has to gun down helpless animals for animal control as was the case with The Little Tabby!! Please read this story...then make sure "your" pets are spayed and neutered. We are given our pets for such a short time..let's not make them sorry we did not give them our best. They can't run and jump up on the vet's table!! Spay and neuter your pets...so their children are not shot down for animal control!!
