Christ Air. Riptide provided me with the inspiration and incentive to bust this move (the $100 paid for my last three physiotherapy visits). I did this one at a spot called Teletubbies. The first thing you need to do these is a largish wave with a safe landing area. You also want to be either not wearing a leash, or wearing it on the hand/bicep that's on your outside rail. The main hazard with getting your board out from underneath you is that a bodyboard is pretty big compared with a skateboard, which is where the move came from. Also, a board's light weight is a disadvantage on windy days, as it can get blown away fairly easily.
