Features

Andrew and myself have been developing in tandem. We currently have two different versions available simultaneously, a DirectX enhanced version and a non-enhanced version. Below is a list of features. Unmarked features are common to both versions. Features marked with a * are found only in the DirectX enhanced version and features marked with a † are only available in the non-enhanced version.

  • Implemented game rules: Same, Plus, Same Wall, Combo (partially), Elemental, Sudden Death
  • Ability to play against a human opponent.
  • Animation similar to the original Playstation version
  • Customization of animation features†
  • The original "Shuffle or Boogie" music from FF VII
  • Jpeg card images for reduced download†
We also have some intended features for this game. These are outlined below:
  • Networked play, including full chat facilities
  • Human vs. AI player mode
  • Trading cards with opponents
  • Ability to select cards for play
