constantly thinking of all those young and good engineers from our
country, that don't have salaries in proportion to the work they
perform, or to their working experience. This makes me think of
finding solutions to the problem....everything comes to

is true that the Yugoslav economy is not working with a full
capacity. It is true this situation should last for some longer
time, but it is not true that it will last forever ! Why am I
mentioning this? There will come the time when things will run at
