Welcome to CECAD

You can download Educational Release of CECAD-FSF 2000 free of charge. This free release can be used only for learning, training or educational purposes. Research Release and Full Release of the software can be ordered. To learn more about the software and its application, we recommend you to obtain manuals of the software.

Please follow the instruction detailed bellow.

A. Download all files

The software setup files take about five megabytes of disk space. In order to safe download setup files, we have packed them into some downloadable files.

as the following:

Choose a PC computer having Windows 95+ operating system.
Create a new directory in your hard disk, for example: "C:\CCD2000.SRC".
Using your internet server (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape), download the following files.
Click Download File #1 and save it into the created directory.
Click Download File #2 and save it into the created directory.
Click Download File #3 and save it into the created directory.
Click Download File #4 and save it into the created directory.

Notes:

When the internet server ask you to Open or Save, let it to save the file. The above packed files will be saved into the directory you have created. Please save all files in one directory.)
You can also download the files in UNIX, LINUX or other operating system and copy it into a PC with Windows.

B. Install the software

Go to the directory you have downloaded the files
Unpack all CCD2-*.ZIP files, using "PKUNZIP" or "WINZIP" program. After unpacking all downloaded files, setup necessary files will be create in the same directory.
Run "SETUP.EXE" program and continue setup instructions. Setup program will install the software into your computer.
Finishing installation, either click "Read Me" icon or click "CECAD-FSF Info Page" icon and have a quick look at CECAD-FSF features.

C. Register your copy

We would like to have a record of those who use CECAD-FSF 2000 Educational Release. Please copy the the following form into an email program (such as Outlook Express, Pine), then complete it and send it to:

"cecad@shafagh.ut.ac.ir"

Since the form will be used in our database, please do not erase any line of the form even if it will remained empty.
