The man's presence in Jabugo, is verified from the Paleolithic one in the Cave of the Moor,in the real road that unites it to Galaroza. In the municipal term they are also, prehistoric and Roman copper mines, and some burials in cista in the called place The Calf. Since in 1693 JABUGO became independent of Almonaster the Real , Jabugo has always been conditioned by its scarce extension.

The town of Jabugo, maintains a traditional urban structure, with streets and regular and proportionate squares. The almagre of the surroundings is good as painting for baseboards, conditioning and characterizing the urban landscape. |
