He
bawled for the very first time in his life sometime during
the month of July, 1984. That was 16 years ago. Back then,
he knew nothing about hate, lust, anger, sorrow, deceit….Etc.
He was shielded from the constant turmoil raging about him.
His childish innocence was untainted. However, as he grew
older, he learnt to his disgust that the world was no more
than a bloody battlefield, where only the strong prevailed.
Many fought to kill, and killed to survive.
This
simple truth dawned upon him only at the turn of the century,
during the birth of the new millennium. If there had to be
an event which lead him to that conclusion, it must have been
the act of "living" itself.
However,
The Truth was not important to him. That was how the world
worked afterall. After spending 6 years in pursuing his primary
school education and 4 extremely enjoyable and memorable years
of secondary school life in Victoria School, he learnt yet
another truth : Suspect everyone, except for those selected
individuals called "friends".
There were times when he was proud & haughty, and there were
times when he was the epitome of selflessness. He treated
the people surrounding him differently, simply because the
well being of some mattered more than the rest. There were
also moments when he pissed assholes off deliberately, partly
because an inferno of dislike towards them boiled within him,
or perhaps just simply out of sadistism. That was his way
of life. What about you?
I urge you to spare a few moments to think about it. Its common
sense they all say, or is it? I can sense that you're at a
loss, a result of confusion that arises out of living without
thinking or reflecting hard enough. That is why you are unable
to grasp the meaning of my words……..yet…..
"Who
is this bastard?", you may ask. He is the webmaster. He goes
by the alias of Jian Dui but prefers to be known as Jaydee.
"Why is that so?", you may ask again. Obviously you have never
heard of the saying that curiosity kills the cat. He basically
likes it that way. That's almost all. Many think they already
know him, he thinks otherwise.
