What is ADOMF?

ADOMF is a DOS program that lets you edit ADOM savefiles. WADOMF is the Windoze version of ADOMF.

I started writing this program when I realized that Thomas Biskup would not release a version of ADOM with "exploration mode" enabled.

I've decided to discontinue ADOMF unless there are people still interested in it.

Nevertheless, I'll keep on updating WADOMF until ADOM Deluxe is available, if (as Tom promised) it includes a built-in character editor.

ADOMF was written from scratch! I haven't disassembled ADOM. ADOMF is the result of hours of work studying the evolution of ADOM savefiles, done by me, my friends and collaborators.

ADOMF/WADOMF source code is available for free. If you want a copy, e-mail me! (ADOMF was written in Turbo C, WADOMF is written in Delphi.)

The last version of ADOMF let you edit:

your background (race, class, sex, star sign, eye & hair color, complexion, height, weight)
your history
your stats (level, experience, HP & Max.HP, PP & Max.PP, number of turns needed to regenerate 1 HP or PP, satiation & alcohol level, corruption, scars, age & unnatural age, alignment, speed, number of companions killed)
your attributes (strength, learning, willpower, dexterity, toughness, charisma, appearance, mana, perception)
your intrinsics (resistant to fire, poison, cold, acid, sleep, petrification, stun, death rays, paralyzation, shock & confusion attacks; immune to fire, acid, ice & shock attacks; able to teleport, control teleportation, see invisible things, breathe water; lucky, fate smiles upon you, cursed, doomed, invisible, natural enemy of undead)
your non-intrinsics (blind, stunned, confused, slowed, paralyzed, sick, deaf, mute, sleeping, blessed, invisible, bleeding, speed boost)
corruption effects
your skills (Alchemy, Alertness, Appraising, Archery, Athletics, etc.)
your weapon skills
your spells (knowledge and effectivity)
your money
some achievements (you won the game, run out of luck, saved Khelavaster, adhered to the principles of the Cat Lord, crowned champion, fallen champion, paragon of Order)

Aditionally, the current version of WADOMF lets you edit:

your equipment
the elapsed game time
exploration mode, and how many times you cheated Death
