I'll start with my Recipe for a Happy Day:No calories to count in this one. Ingredients; 1 cup friendly words
2 heaping cups understanding
4 tsp.time and patience
Pinch of humour
Method for mixing:
Measure words carefully.Add heaping cups of understanding.Use generous amounts of time and patience.Keep temperature low-DO NOT BOIL.
Add dash of humour and a warm personality. Season to taste with spice of life.
Serve in individual molds.
Prince Edward Island is famous for it's Lobsters. Visitors to this Province always enjoy this tasty treat.
LOBSTER DELUXE. (step by step process)
Be sure the lobsters are vigorous and in good condition.
Bring salted water to a rolling boil. Use a large pot.
Drop the lobsters into the pot, allowing them to boil for 13 to 17 minutes depending on size.(small ones take less time)
At the end of cooking time remove the lobsters from the pot. Place the lobster feelers down,on a bench or cutting board.With a large knife split the lobster into halves.
Remove a thin dark line which runs down the length of the tail.Remove the head which lifts out of the lobster as a unit. All the rest of the lobster is deliciously edible.
You may want to use nut crackers to break the claws.
Remove the meat from tail and claws. If you are a real lobster lover you will tear the body apart to retrieve every succulent morsel
Dip the lobster meat in hot melted butter flavoured with lemon juice. Eat slowly and relish every bite of this"fruit de la mer"
Potato salad goes well with lobster...
