Episode I                Episode IV                Episode V                Episode VI

Well, this part of the story begins with an ending. Jotar finishing the high school (or secondary level in his own country)... 1991. He was 18 and no more a child, even though many people were thinking around the contrary. So, he starts working in a small publishing house... doing not too many things related with his art skills.

1992 finds him studying advertising at an university (one year course) as well as working. He continues maturing as a drawer during that period. Inclusive, during one of his classes, he develops a character destined to grow. A funny prehistoric man called Grok the Caveman. Within a time of existence the comic raw is presented in a newspaper. But, oh, oh... nothing happens and Grok remains unpublished. See the early features of Grok in the original paperwork from Jotar's class.

He also creates an action/comedy character in the same year named simply The Drawer. As the humble drawer that Jotar is, he gives his own features to the hero. Jotar really had his hair cut like The Drawer, so if you need to see... Just click here and watch them together.

He continues working in the same place and doing his comics as a hobby. He takes a story from the Bible -Sodom & Gomorrah- and adapts it for a comic. A different view of a well known biblical episode. 1993 arrives, and with it the possibility of a real hope for Jotar's works.
