How come I don't use anything I went to school for?

B.S.E. Electrical Engineering '91 University of Michigan-Dearborn Wayne State University '92 (Grad studies in Electrical Engineering) Henry Ford Community College (I was bored, real bored) You'd think after seven years in college I'd manage more than one degree :) I'm perilously close to degrees Engineering Mathematics, and Computer Science, part way through my MS as well.

A few things I do for fun or just plain like

I'm a huge Red Wings fan. Actualy I'm a hockey fan in general. Don't you hate when they broadcast the games on Fox. 1996-1997, 1997-1998 Stanley Cup Champions. This years playoffs was a little disappointing. However, you have to support your team or you won't have one.

I played hockey on and off for about twenty years though I don't play competitively anymore due to knee injuries. I still play on occassion when I'm feeling masochistic.

This is my house. The picture isn't that great. Seems to be a theme here. However, this time I have an excuse, the sun was a problem :)

I really dig pinball. My favorite pins are Twighlight Zone, Corvette, World Cup Soccer, and StarTrek: Next Generation. I like to play at Marvelous Marvin's Mechanical Museum. There was a really great place to play in Auburn Hills called SilverBall but it sadly shutdown. That's my StarTrek: Next Generation in the picture. You can see The Flounder Fish Cat looking out the front window. Unfortunately, I have to keep my couch to the left covered up. Flounder isn't declawed. Cat claws and leather couches don't mix well.

I like to hit the trails every once in a while but generally just cruise around town or Hines Park. Yeah, that seat is as uncomfortable as it looks. My bike is a '95 Specialized Stumpjumper. I really like it. Just got some new Shimano 747 pedals. They rock.

This is my favorite toy. I like to go up north and ride the fire trails that
criss cross the woods. I also have another bike but I don't have a pic
of it.

I have an extensive music collection. Click on the CD to see a
"comprehesive" list of what I got. Right about 85% of my CDs and
about 45% of my vinyl. Turn me on to something new.

Meet my good friend Flounder.

If you can't at least appreciate this then you are truly dead. (Yeah,
that's fine Greg, but when did you learn how to read?)

Where are our tax dollars going?

The United States government keeps insisting that the National Debt is going down. If that is the case then perhaps they can explain to me how every time I look at it, we owe more money. Where are these so called "Huge" surpluses? View our National Debt and judge for yourself.

Through this world I've stumbled. So many times betrayed. Trying to find
an honest word to find the truth enslaved.
