Current Residence: On a farm in Unincorporated Thornton Township, Cook County, Illinois (I've lived my entire life in 3 adjacent townships in Cook Co: Hyde Park, Bloom, & Thornton.).

Marital Status: Married to the lovely Laura for 17 years to life.

Children: Desiree, 13 [21]; Chey Nicole , 12 [20]; Megan, 11 [18]; Elizabeth, 8 [15, going on 25]; Andrew, 4 [12].

[Grandchildren: Gabriella (AKA "George"), 2 (Daughter of Chey); Julian ("Buzz"), 18 mo (Son of Desiree).]

Important Milestones in my life

7 March 1952:Born

6 December 1958:Moved to Suburbia

11 June 1970: Graduated from High School

11 August 1975: Started with current employer

29 September 1980: Moved back into The City

11 April 1981: Met my bride-to-be.

18 March 1982: Proposed To The Lovely Laura, and she graciously accepted

25 September 1982: Entered into Holy Matrimony

19 February 1988: Brought our little angel, Chey, into our family

25 January 1990: Our third foster child, Amanda, came to us.

9 January 1991: Chey became ours alone, by adoption

19 May 1992: Elizabeth enters our lives, as a 6-month-old.

6 June 1993: Megan (then 4) and Desiree (6), Elizabeth's birth sisters, join our ever-growing family

22 February 1996: Andrew becomes our first son

25 February 1998: Desiree, Megan, Elizabeth, AND Andrew became ours and ours, alone. Adoptions finally happened today!

[2 November 2005: (Just a few days after I realize my life-long dream of the White Sox winning the World Series,) Gabriella is born, and I become a "Papa"]

31 October 2011: The LATEST possible retirement date for moi. May come as soon as 2002. [Or, on Medical Leave of Absence as of June 2006, awaiting resolution of my LTD appeal]
