Tomcat Lineup

These F-14's have just returned from a mission and are lined up on the starboard bow ready to be re-spotted to their regular pre-flight location.  Before being moved for the next launch cycle, they will be refueled, and weapons safety checked.  The man in red is an ordnance man who is watching to see that the missiles on the aircraft are not mishandled until the rest of the weapons crew comes to the aircraft.  The fellow in the yellow helmet is a pilot heading to the F-14 he will fly in the next mission.  Further down the deck is a whiteshirt, or Safety Inspector, and a blueshirt, an aircraft handler who will oversee the movement of aircraft on the flightdeck.
