If paying by cash, Check or Money Order you can take the form and payment to Liberty Mountain Resort Group Sales (clocktower bldg) to process, have photo taken and receive NCC card.

THE SMALL AKA Fine PRINT

(This is a sample, the form has all the information. I will send it to you no obligation at all)

1. The Night Card is valid from Jan.4, 2009 through the end of the 2008/2009 ski season. Sometime in March 2009.

2. Not Valid before Jan 4, But if you add on the Advantage card option you can get 40% off in December 2008 and weekdays/weekend days all season.

3. You are purchasing a Night Club Card that is valid any night from 4 pm to 10 pm Monday through Saturday, 3 pm to10 pm on Sunday.

4. Your Night Club Card is valid at "3" Great Mountains LIBERTY MOUNTAIN RESORT, SKI ROUNDTOP, And WHITETAIL RESORT

5. LIBERTY MOUNTAIN RESORT, ROUNDTOP, WHITETAIL MUST have a signed release form before a NIGHT CLUB CARD is issued. Parent or Guardian signature required for all participants under the age of 18.

6. Participants must be 8 years of age or older to take class lessons.

7. Special Lessons for 6 & 7 year olds take place on Sat, Sun at Liberty ONLY and you must make appointment. Under 6 call for arrangements. Lesson times for this age group are Friday and Saturday at 5:45pm and Sunday at 4:30pm. Reservations are required, as these lessons are run through the Children's Learning Center: please call 717-642-8282 ext. 3400.

8. NIGHT CLUB CARDS are non-transferable

9. LIBERTY MOUNTAIN RESORT, ROUNDTOP, WHITETAIL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN NIGHT CLUB CARDS. A $25 processing fee will be charged to re-issue cards.

10. Card does not include late night ski events or any tubing privileges

11. Participants who choose the rental option can choose skis or snowboard each visit. If you change rentals during the evening there will be an additional charge.

12. Helmets available for $45.00 Black Only or 25% off of helmet at Mountain Sports Shop. Only before 11/06

Night Club Card Rates for 2008-2009

ADVANTAGE CARD OPTION !

The Advantage Card is an add on option.
It is valid from the day the resort opens till end of season.

Discounts at Stratton Mtn Vermont.

Payback 1 Visit.

* 40% off lift tickets at Whitetail, Liberty and Roundtop.
* Every sixth visit is FREE.
* Every sixth rental is FREE with rental option card.
* 40% discount off class lessons.

For example , You buy a lift ticket in December, use the Advantage card
for 40% off When you buy a lift ticket during the day in January , Use
the Advantage card for 40% off

Starting January 4, till close, Nights from 4 to 10 (3 to 10 Sunday)
Pay nothing, The Night Club Card portion is prepaid, go as much as you
like.

Benefits at Stratton Mountain Resort, Vermont for Liberty, Whitetail and Roundtop Pass holders.

Advantage Card Holders and Night Club Card Holders with the Advantage Card Option

If Liberty, Roundtop and Whitetail are closed...

* Advantage Card Holders are eligible for eligible for 50% off lift tickets anytime all three resorts (Liberty, Whitetail and Roundtop are closed.
* A minimum of 1 night lodging is required at a Stratton Resort property.
* Advantage Card holder will receive a 10% lodging discount.
* Advantage Card holder must present Advantage Card at time of check-in and when picking up daily lift tickets.
* One lift ticket issued per day, per Advantage Card holder.
* The above offer is not available during the holiday weeks of 12/26/08-1/4/09, 1/17-19/09, and 2/14-20/09 or during the US Open, March 16-22, 2009.

If Liberty, Roundtop and/or Whitetail are open...

* Advantage Card holders will receive the discount benefits of the Stratton X2 card anytime Liberty Mountain, Ski Roundtop and/or Whitetail Mountain resorts are open.
o $30 off midweek, $20 off weekends (Non Holiday) and $10 off Holiday Periods.
o A 10% lodging discount during current/peak season.
