Original Playbill Comments:
"Tonight will be an experment in sound which (we hope) will forever
improve the sound at Future Cabaret revoltaire Shows. For the first time
ever we'll be forgoing magnetic tape for Total Digital Sound."
That's true this is the first show using Shayne Caraway's mini-disc player but it still just meant a lot of scratchy records were just getting digitized. Still this show was impressive for The Ballad of Bonnie & Clyde which had Vic and Bonnie holding up Nita patrons and dying in a hail of bullets shot from behind the curtain. Then they were covered for what seemed like an eternity while "Taps" (from the Kennedy funeral recording) played. A few patrons threw coffee grains on the fallen couple until Vic slipped his head through a hole in the white sheet nd transformed into the image of a priest. Then, he orated and sang with his favorite record of all time "A Whiter Shade of Pale". I'm Gonna Make You Love Me was a duet with the lovely Danielle Holloman.
