Here It Is! The FIRST complete episode summary list on a Flash Forward Fan site! Once again they are supplied by the good folks at the Family Channel Canada off of their Flash Forward Website (which is now offline). I'd say they are pretty good, but they do leave some things out, which I think is a good thing, because if I wrote them, I know I'd just give everything away, or just make it too long.  Enjoy, and if you like what you see mail me at

1.Fresh Start All Over Again
Things don't go quite as planned for Tucker (Ben Foster)and Becca (Jewel Staite) on the first day of school. Now that they're finally in eighth grade, Becca is looking forward to writing for the school paper, and Tucker wants to be the school announcer. However, Tucker finds out he's up against Jack (Stuart Stone), a smooth-talking new kid who seems determined to humiliate him. Meanwhile, Becca and her best friend Christine (Asia Vieira) are disappointed to find they aren't in the same home room. Becca makes an appointment for them to discuss it with the principal, but when Christine is too nervous to show up at the office, she causes Becca to miss the sign-up for the school newspaper.

2.I'm OK, You're a Jerk
Christine (Asia Vieira) decides that she wants to take wrestling in Phys. Ed. with the boys, and Becca (Jewel Staite) helps out by starting a petition to let girls enroll in the class. But when Christine shows up for practice, Tucker (Ben Foster) makes fun of her. To punish him, Coach Petrowsky (Don Dickinson) assigns Tucker to the girls' rhythmic dance class. Everything comes to a head when Tucker and Becca convince a reluctant Miles (Theodore Borders) and Christine to compete in a boys against girls wrestling match.

3.House Party
When both Tucker's (Ben Foster) and Becca's (Jewel Staite) parents go away for the weekend, Tucker and Becca decide the time is ripe to throw a party at Tucker's house. But Becca's older sister Ellen (Rachel Blanchard) is planning her own party, and when Becca hears that the extremely cute Zach Anderson (Fab Filippo) is coming, she forgets her plans with Tucker and their friends and begs Ellen to include her.

4.Cool Book
Becca (Jewel Staite) wants to invite Rob Wetzel (Scott Peachman) to a school dance, but she doesn't know if he likes her. So Kerry (Jilana Stewart) proposes that they create a "Cool Book" and pass it around - people will write down their frank opinions of everyone in school and then it will be clear who's cool and who's not. While Becca thinks the "Cool Book" is a good idea at first, she soon realizes that maybe there are some things she and her friends would rather not know.

5.On Your Toes
Becca (Jewel Staite) is torn. She has been chosen to perform the solo at her annual ballet recital, but rehearsals conflict with tryouts for the school pep squad. Should she follow her heart or pursue a surefire ticket to what Kerry (Jilana Stewart) tells her is guaranteed popularity? Meanwhile, Tucker (Ben Foster) and Miles (Theodore Borders) try to win the yearbook's annual candid photo contest and the pep squad is irresistible subject matter.

6.Speechless
Having won the speech contest for the past two years, Becca (Jewel Staite) is determined to hold on to her title this year. After carefully choosing rock climbing as her topic, she throws herself into her research only to find out that her academic rival may also have the same idea. Forced to go to the extreme - and terrifying - measure of actually learning how to rock climb to get first-hand experience, Becca soon discovers that overcoming her fears is just as sweet as the thrill of victory. Meanwhile, Tucker (Ben Foster) sees an opportunity to take over the school DJ position now held by his arch-enemy Jack (Stuart Stone) and drafts a proposal for Mr. Petrowsky (Don Dickinson). But when Tucker loses his proposal, he realizes Jack has claimed it as his own. Tucker calls on Becca to help him catch Jack red handed and replace him as the school's new DJ.

7.Scalpers
Tucker (Ben Foster) can't believe it when his dad surprises him with a pair of tickets to a concert that's been sold out for weeks. But before he has a chance to invite Becca (Jewel Staite), Tucker finds out that Kerry (Jilana Stewart), the girl he has a crush on, would love to go. He invites Kerry instead, figuring that Becca will be none the wiser, until his father mentions the concert to her. Suddenly, Tucker has to find a way to get another ticket, and it looks like his only option may be to pay a lot of money to a mysterious scalper. Without asking, he borrows the money from Miles (Theodore Borders). But when Miles and Becca discover what Tucker's been up to, they are furious, and Tucker realizes that no concert is worth losing his two best friends.

8.Dog Day After Lunch
A bully is terrorizing Tucker's (Ben Foster) younger brother Horace (Ricky Mabe), so Tucker decides to step in to defend him. To his dismay, Tucker discovers that the bully, Garth (Gabe Plener) is actually his arch-enemy Jack's (Stuart Stone) younger cousin. When Jack realizes what's happening, he challenges Tucker and Horace to a fight against Garth and him. Becca (Jewel Staite) and Christine (Asia Vieira), in the meantime, make friends with a stray dog that has been disrupting classes and try to save the mutt from the dogcatcher.

9.Makeover
Becca (Jewel Staite) is thrilled that her old best friend Maxine (Melody Johnson) has returned after living in New York since Grade Three. But when Maxine - who now calls herself "Max" - shows up, Becca hardly recognizes this seemingly sophisticated person who finds Parkview really boring. Christine (Asia Vieira), Becca's new best friend, can't stand Max, and Becca finds herself uncomfortably caught in the middle. Meanwhile, Tucker (Ben Foster) decides to tell Kerry (Jilana Stewart) how he feels about her, and organizes a 'cosmic bowling' party in hopes that he'll get a moment alone with her.

10.That's My Baby
Tucker (Ben Foster) is all set to play an extra in a horror movie on the weekend, until his mother (Ellen Ray Hennessy) reminds him that he has to spend that day looking after his younger brother Horace (Ricky Mabe). So Tucker tells Becca he'll take over their joint Health assignment which involves looking after a lifelike doll that has to be cared for like a real baby, if she'll look after Horace on Saturday. His parenting skills turn out to be disastrous. First he lets the doll's hand accidentally fall into the toaster and then, when Becca asks him to babysit another child for her in an emergency, he 'misplaces' the three-year-old child in the mall.

11.Double Bill
When Max (Melody Johnson) makes fun of Becca (Jewel Staite) and Christine (Asia Vieira) for not having social lives, the girls decide something has to be done. Becca gets up the nerve to call a guy named Scott she knew at camp, and invites him to a movie that weekend, along with a friend for Christine. Becca is both thrilled and afraid that she might get her first 'real' kiss. Unable to stifle his curiosity - and jealousy - Tucker (Ben Foster) convinces Miles (Theodore Borders) that they should spy on the foursome at the theatre. He discovers that he too knows Scott from camp and that he's a real jerk. Becca gets mad at Tucker when he tries to interfere but when Becca realizes that Scott really is a jerk and she needs help getting away from him, Tucker is more than happy to oblige.

12.Maltese Chicken
Sibling rivalry is running rampant in the Fisher household. Becca (Jewel Staite) and Ellen (Robin Brule) are running themselves ragged trying to outdo each other since the prize for the best, most helpful daughter is a ticket to Malta to visit their aunt. 13.Flossed in the Woods
Tucker (Ben Foster) and Becca (Jewel Staite) suggest that their fathers let them go camping with Christine (Asia Vieira), Miles (Theodore Borders) and Horace (Ricky Mabe). Convinced they'd never survive alone, their fathers decide to stay nearby in case there is a problem. When the kids set up camp, they soon discover camping is harder than they realized and begin to miss the conveniences of home. Tucker gets mad at Miles, Becca gets mad at Christine, Miles hates camping, and Christine has lost Steve the dog. Horace spends all his time fearing the dreaded "Laughing Phantom". However, in the middle of this fiasco, Tucker gets his sense of humour back. He convinces them all to band together to get the campsite in order, just in time to show their fathers they have it under control after all.

14.Crime and Punishment
After the shock of finding out that Becca's (Jewel Staite) father once streaked when he was at school, Tucker (Ben Foster) decides to create some first-class mischief of his own. Determined to become one of the school's legendary pranksters, Tucker enlists Miles (Theodore Borders) to write a computer program that will infiltrate the school's system and make fun of the teachers on all the school's computer screens. Becca, who has been given a chance to write a try-out article for the school paper, smells a story and tries to persuade Miles and Tucker to give her the "scoop". The stakes climb after Miles is caught and risks being expelled.

15.Good Sports Tucker
(Ben Foster) and Miles (Theodore Borders) decide to try out for the soccer team and Tucker surprises everyone, even himself, with his natural talent. Much to the dismay of Jack (Stuart Stone), Tucker is chosen to play goalie, bringing the team to victory in their first game. But, when he gets into trouble for grandstanding, Tucker is kicked off the team. Meanwhile, Becca (Jewel Staite) starts writing for the school paper and, in exchange for having her poetry published, is assigned to the loathed sports column. After a disastrous first attempt, Becca learns the key to appreciating team sports from Tucker, who wants nothing more than to get back on the team.

16.Love Letters
Because Miles (Theodore Borders) is spending so much time alone with his computer, Tucker (Ben Foster) and Becca (Jewel Staite) concoct a plan to draw his attention back to the outside world. They decide to create a secret admirer, and send him a note by e-mail, hiding the whole plot from Christine (Asia Vieira) for fear that she can't keep a secret. Their plan backfires, however, when Miles becomes smitten with his virtual girlfriend and asks to meet her. Tucker and Becca realize there's no way out but to confess. To retaliate, Miles and Christine cook up a scheme of their own and give them a taste of their own medicine.

17.Presents
Because they were born on the same day, Becca (Jewel Staite) and Tucker (Ben Foster) have a tradition of exchanging gifts the night before their birthdays. Becca always gets a great present for Tucker, and every year Tucker seems to buy something for Becca that only he can appreciate. This year he goes to great lengths to find something she'll love, even enlisting Ellen's (Robin Bršl») help, only to find himself stood up when Becca misses the big night because she is pining over her latest crush, Gooch (Caley Wilson) at the pizza parlour. Tucker feels betrayed, and a guilt-ridden Becca decides to make this a birthday Tucker will never forget.

Intending to sneak away to see the movies, they ditch the nature walk. After several catastrophes, they show up bruised and exhausted at the theatre, only to discover that they've forgotten their money. Their afternoon fun, not to mention their friendship, is at stake. In the meantime, Becca (Jewel Staite) and Christine (Asia Vieira) have manged to lose their compass and are wandering through the woods wondering if they'll ever reach civilization again, when suddenly their luck changes.

19.Mud Pack
When Becca (Jewel Staite) finally figures out the secret location of the ninth graders' annual bash, she spills the top secret information to Kerry (Jilana Stewart), who doesn't stop blabbing until everyone in the eighth grade knows. To salvage her reputation, Becca plans a "new" bash at her vacationing uncle's empty house. But Becca's older sister Ellen (Robin Bršl») also decides to take advantage of the empty house and plans a date with her boyfriend on the same afternoon as Becca's party. Tucker (Ben Foster), who has been grounded by his father, sneaks out to warn Becca that her sister is on her way, but by the time he arrives, the party is already completely out of control.

20.Just Friends
Rumours of love begin to fly when Tucker (Ben Foster) and Becca (Jewel Staite) plan to go to another school dance together. Encouraged by Max (Melody Johnson), Becca squashes the rumours by avoiding Tucker. When he asks for her help, she volunteers Christine (Asia Vieira) to teach baseball to his unenthusiastic little brother Horace (Ricky Mabe). But Becca's strategy backfires. Alarmed by the amount of time Tucker and Christine start to spend together, Becca fears she has lost two best friends, and jealousy makes her jump to ridiculous conclusions.

21.Skate Bait
When Scott (Ryan Gosling), the town bully, shows up with his gang of skateboarders and tries to kick Tucker (Ben Foster) and Miles (Theodore Borders) out of the park, Tucker takes the bait and challenges Scott to a skateoff. Becca (Jewel Staite) enlists the help of Gooch (Caley Wilson), who is a skateboarding expert but then she accidentally knocks him over and he sprains his ankle. In desperation, Becca agrees to go out with creepy Scott if he promises to leave Tucker alone. At first, Tucker is furious with Becca because he thinks she has betrayed him, but when he learns what is really going on, he is more determined than ever to try to teach Scott a lesson.

22.Expose
Parkview suddenly becomes newsworthy when a hot shot reporter named Kilroy (Jonathan Wilson) decides to write an article on "today's student". This is too good to resist for Tucker (Ben Foster) and Miles (Theodore Borders) and they concoct an elaborate set of fictitious behaviours to feed the gullible reporter. Meanwhile, Becca (Jewel Staite) is hoping to use this opportunity to get something of her own published and she is mortified when she sees Kilroy swallowing the bait, hook, line and sinker. After a front page 'expose' is printed in the paper's 'lifestyle' section, Tucker becomes the "voice of a new generation". He is revelling in the spotlight, until he realises that Becca's column was turned down when she was really the one with something to say.

23.Saboteurs
Every year the 8th graders outsmart Coach Petrowsky (Don Dickinson) and sabotage the float for "The Parade of all District Schools." Tucker (Ben Foster) and Christine (Asia Vieira) join in. When Becca (Jewel Staite) wins Coach Petrowsky's trust by volunteering to be "Float Cop," the girls come up with a plan to sabotage the float. At this point, the guys realize it's too late to beat the girls, so they join them. They sneak into the storage room and gather the toys Coach Petrowsky has taken away from students. They stuff the float with the confiscated toys and, during the pep rally, shoot them out of the float and into the audience.

24.Fright Night
Becca's (Jewel Staite) parents agree to leave her home alone if she invites a few friends to keep her company. That night, when Tucker (Ben Foster) and Miles (Theodore Borders) see how much fun the girls are having, they decide to have some fun of their own. Becca, Christine (Asia Vieira) and Max (Melody Johnson) return home after dinner and realize they're locked out of the house. They go next door to get the spare key form Tucker's and realize the boys have something in store for them over at Becca's. Not finding the key, the girls crawl through the basement window. At the end of the night, everyone has to work together to get the house back in order before Becca's parents return home.

It's time for the 8th grade talent show. Tucker (Ben Foster) is planning to do stand-up, Miles (Theodore Borders) is working on a magic act and Becca (Jewel Staite), Christine (Asia Vieira) and Max (Melody Johnson) are practicing their tap dance routine. Tucker invites Roland (Matthew Lemche), a less popular student, to be a part of his act. Roland secretly wants to be more like Tucker and starts dressing and acting like him, which drives Tucker crazy. Max and Christine wish Becca, with her two left feet, wasn't a part of their dance number. Becca catches on when she finds them practicing without her and decides to be a judge instead. Roland attemps to do the act himself and bombs until Tucker saves him, but it's Max and Christine who win first prize.
