Tim Ferguson, Paul McDermott and Richard Fidler were the Doug Anthony Allstars. A comedy trio that was born in Canberra, lived in the each state (except Tasmania because no-one really lives there), and died in a plane crash off the coast of Scotland.
It doesn’t matter how you came to know DAAS. Whether you saw the shows, watched them by peeking round a corner after your parents had told you to go to bed or even just happened across them one morning in a video stores, the important thing is you came to know them.
For those of you who, like me, remember how bloody good they were. This page is for you. As a reminder of what was, and will never be again.
