This is the Beer Fridge in Patpong. The smiling guy is pretty cool. He is getting to know us by name. Notice 30B beer, which is now up to 35B. The Indian part of Penang, Malaysia. Farang go here when they need to extend their visa for Thailand another 90 days.  Takes about 3 days, which is more than enough for this Island.

Thai McDonalds, pronounced "McDonald".  Enjoy Samurai Pork Burgers and Corn Pies.  I myself am addicted to Chilli Sauce on French fries.

Koh Samet, and a nice stray dog. This is probably the quick  getaway from Bangkok. You could stay/eat here for no more than $20/day. There has been a slight garbage accumulation problem though, as people try to cash in on the tourists that come here.

This is the tallest building in Bangkok. Derek and I climbed it and had a nice cold Heineken at the closest place in Bangkok to the stars. To date we have climbed it about 6 times.   It's just about finished now, and you can take the elevator.

This was the sunset in Kanchanobori where we were for our HBO movie shoot--"A Bright Shining Lie".  Kanchanobori is in a nice rugged terrain setting--great for pictures.
