This page will show you the operating hours and parade and show times for all three theme parks. This page also talks about early entry to the theme parks.

What hours and times do you want to see?
Early Entry
Every morning guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort may enter a certain theme park an hour and a half earlier than the stated opening time. It is usually good to take advantage of this, since the lines are considerably shorter at this time. Transportation to the theme park with the early entry usually starts about a half an hour before the early entry. Disney's Animal Kingdom does not have an early entry because it opens at 7:00 or 8:00 every morning.
Here is a schedule of what theme park is open early on what day:
Monday-->The Magic Kingdom
Tuesday-->Epcot
Wednesday-->The Disney-MGM Studios
Thursday-->The Magic Kingdom
Friday-->Epcot
Saturday-->The Magic Kingdom
Sunday-->The Disney-MGM Studios
Also it is important to know that during the early entry not all the attractions are open. At the Magic Kingdom only the Fantasyland attractions and the Tomorrowland attractions are open. At Epcot only Spaceship Earth, Innoventions, The Living Seas, The Land, Journey into Imagination and sometimes Test Track is open. At the Disney-MGM Studios only The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, The Great Movie Ride, Star Tours, Muppet Vision 3-D, and sometimes the Rock N' Roller Coaster is open.
