Network
Good German domestic network, many european point to point flights from Germany's secondary cities. It feeds Klm and Air France hubs.
Marketing Alliances
-Code shares with Klm on Germany-Amsterdam flights, with Northwest Airlines on certain european routes and with Air France on Germany-France flights.
-Other simple code share agreements with Gill Aviation and Tyrolean Airways.
Short Description
It is the German third scheduled carrier, specialized in regional routes. It has been created by the merger of Nfd and Rfd in 1994, and since then has rapidly grown.
A huge competition in the domestic market has obliged Eurowings to leave some core domestic routes to concentrate on iner-european flights.
In 1998 it definitely entered the Klm-Nwa alliance.
