Short Description
|
It
is the fourth largest Us airline, with a true worldwide coverage.
In 1986 the carrier merged with Republic Airlines and it has been one of
the first airlines in the world to start the alliances-game by launching
its still unbeaten agreement with Klm.
It
has recently faced huge labour troubles that stopped the airline form some
weeks, and it is now in talks to form the third global alliance with Continental
Airlines, Klm, Alitalia
and Air
France
