Our 2BR / 2BA villa is located on Turtle Cove and features a scenic view of the lagoon from our screened-in porch.  It is conveniently located near the Town Center, East Beach Tennis courts, Turtle Point Golf Course & pool, and of course the beach. 

The living room has a sofa/sleeper & closet that can be used to accommodate  additional guests.  There is a cable TV and VCR in the living room as well as a TV/VCR combo in the second bedroom.  Both bedrooms contain a queen-sized bed and are comfortably furnished with plenty of space for all your gear.

By renting directly through us, not only will you enjoy lower rental rates, but also all of the amenities of the Kiawah Island Resort and Inn.  This includes an hour of free tennis daily, discounts on the golf courses, free bicycles, and free use of the swimming pools.  The Resort's complementary shuttle service can even pick you up at your doorstep.   

All of our guests receive a key to the owner's closet which contains beach chairs, sundries, and kitchen supplies.  There is a wet bar in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining room.  You can also enjoy the sunset and dine outside on our screened-in porch, overlooking the lagoon.
