Paragliding
Just before leaving Fukuoka-ken, Bonnie, Robert (a.k.a. Robu) and I went for a paragliding course. Bonnie got a nasty twist before ever getting off the ground--disappointing and painful, yes, but it did free her up to be the official photographer for the event.
