The Osmonds in Japan
Not since the Bradys went to Hawaii has so much excitement surrounded the arrival of a family on distant shores. (Oh, I know what you're thinking, but believe me, this was way bigger than the Olsen twins in Paris.) It was with rapt anticipation that our little island nation (well, Bonnie and I, anyway) awaited the arrival of these four world travellers -- and we were not disappointed. Castles, temples, gardens, large bronze things, good meals, good times and many deer were on the menu in Kyoto and Nara... um... the figurative menu that is. On a personal note, I was just thrilled that someone else was slowing down the group even more than me as he tried to capture the perfect shot.
