New Years' 2000
Koh Samui is an Island in southern Thailand. The island airport is composed of a series of bamboo huts, and the beaches are long and white. That, combined with abundant cheap massages and amazing food made for a not too dodgy place to ring in the millennium. Our hotel put on an amazing spread, we made a few friends, and we saw a show with some convincing transvestites.
And a few not so convincing ones.
