What is the "Asociacion NAPGUANA" (KUNA)?:
The Association of Kunas United for Mother Earth, with Legal Personality issued under the resolution 182 of April 19, 1992, by the Government and Justice Ministry, is a private non-profit organization founded and staffed by Kuna Indians of Panama.
What are the goals and objectives of the organization?

Goal:
To unite the Kuna territory, with development

General Objective:
To offer assistance and aid to the indigenous communities of Panama.
Specific Objectives:

To integrate indigenous people who are interested in participating in the activities that the organization is involved with
To promote among its members a spirit of cooperation and assistance so as to coordinate actions which result in benefit to the communities.
To provide professional or technical assistance to indigenous communities, be it individual or collective
To promote among the members, and on a national level, training seminars for the effective participation of indigenous communities confronted by the difficult realities of the country.
To develop social, cultural and recreational activities among the members and with the community to strengthen the ties of unity and solidarity within the framework of the cultural values of Panama's indigenous people.
To promote and maintain ties with other humanitarian organizations, state institutions or others, who are committed to the same or similar objectives, be it on a national or international level.
