She is very kind and generous and is most of the time smiling and pointing her finger up. She is the most inteligent of the three girls, that's why she is a good strategist.
Fuu tries to be the most inteligent member of the Hououji's family, because she thinks that she is inferior than her older sister Kuu. She might use glasses because she read books a lot, just to consider herself superior to her sister. But her relationship with her sister and her parents is natural and friendly because Fuu doesn't like to fight and has a logical and smart mind. For her inteligence and kindness, her manner of speaking is somewhat blunt. She lives with her family in a (big!) house.
During Clef's explanation, Fuu was the only one who was quiet, thinking. As a good strategist, she locates the creatures weak points easily, but advices the others to attack in that point, because she has weakest attack power. She has a morbid sense of humor and sometimes she helps Umi to catch Mokona, and she is always stating the obvious. Fuu calls everyone politely, including the creatures and the monsters, except her Mashin, Windam.
Fuu would be the only person that didn't change her characteristcs (a lot) from Rayearth 1 to 2. Of course she grew up in spirit and mind, and then thinks more about her relationship with Ferio, but nothing much changed.
