October

0210 Open Day Preparation

• Stayed in college after school to prepare for the Open House next day.
• There were many things to be moved from the comp lab to the hall. I did not expect a computer monitor to be that heavy. The worse thing was the monitor was slipping but there was no one around.. Luckily I did not drop it on the way to the hall. Whew.
• Stayed till around 6 pm before we could get most of the things set up.

0310 Open Day

• Got to college early to set up the rest of the equipment.
• I tended the Photo Print section which was just for publicity to attract the students to the main section. Did not get to sit down for the whole morning and legs were quite tired. But I really enjoyed talking to the sec school students. I even met my juniors.
• The event ended and we were all relieved that the responsibility was finally over. But of course, we still got all those heavy equipment to move back to the comp lab.

1210~1610 Promotional Exams

• This was the final barrier we had to cross this year. Glad it was all over.

1610 Last 2 Papers

• We had our EC Paper 1 and 2 today. Actually I did not really study for these 2 papers because the motivation was half gone the day before. Ironically, these 2 papers helped me alot. I failed Paper 3 which I studied for like mad.
• It rained real heavily after after papers. We then decided to stay in the TA block. For what? That's for us to know.
• The rain did not subside, instead turned even heavier. We could not wait so we decided to go. The NJ walk was flooded and it was like no shelter as we either had to wade through the mud or weather the rain. Went to Centrepoint to eat pizza buffet. The restaurant actually started the buffet early for us. Heehee.. maybe they sympathized with us seeing we were all wet, cold and hungry.
• Walked around the Orchard area until 6pm. Had not been that "bohliao" for a long time.

2010 + 2210 Games Fest

• Took part in the table-tennis game. Quite fun as I had not been playing since the last table-tennis recrea practice.
• Everyone who took part did have fun.

2310 "Life N Death"

• We got all our results except for CL today. I had the feeling that we were going to an Arcade Centre, playing one game after another. There were some worries and also that pinch of excitement.

3110 "Psycho" Test + Classmate reunion

• Had the "psycho" test in the morning. Could not complete many sections. The LT was freezing cold.
• Afternoon had reunion with ex-classmates. Went to McDonald's with a friend before joining the others at Outram MRT.
• We walked to Apollo Centre ľ ´¬ Ãñ ¸è ²Í Ìü (The Ark). The atmosphere was really pleasant.
• The artistes that day were Óñ 诡¢ ãë ¹ú¡¢ âù ÐÄ. Later another lady Hefang (don't know the correct Chinese characters) also joined them. They were really good and very professional. The songs they sang that day were also very nice. Really enjoyed myself there.
• My friend was kena sabotaged and asked to sing. Accompanied her but actually she did not need that as she could sing very well. She was in fact my "teacher".
• Went to Suntec City for dinner at night

0411 Deepavali Celebrations

• I was one of those who had to take part in the ragoliah (hope I have spelt correctly) inter-house competition. Our class did a lot of "preparation" beforehand, so on the actual day, we had a lot of free time. Haha.
• I felt bored so decided to go to the LT for the concert but the others did not want to move. I went to the LT myself after attending to some matters. And to my surprise, the others were already in the LT when I went there. Argh.. (bluff me)
• Quiz time came and I happened to be walking down the steps to get a seat. bt then shouted my name. Off lah; sabotaged again. Luckily the comperes did not notice but I was embarrased enough.

0511 Last Day

• It was the last day of the school term. Sigh... to think we would not be seeing most of the Yr 2s again. Quite sad. One year had passed so quickly, so quickly that I was taken aback. I did not expect the year to end just like that and it is sad enough to know the Yr 2s would not be around in NJ next year. It was just too overwhelming. I still got the feeling I am still new in NJ.
• What have I been doing??? It's time to wake up!?!

0911 'AO' CL Exams

• We had our actual CL exams today. I knew I had not done my essay well. I think this was one of my worse essays I had written this year. The Paper 2 cloze passage was also difficult. Sigh... no use to worry now; just have to wait till the results are out next year.
• Went to Orchard BK after that. Waited a long long time for those guys. Argh... Why are we gals always the ones who have to wait for them? I thought they are supposed to wait for us. New Century guys?
• Visited Siyong's house after that. Hmm... nice place. Only 5 of us including Siyong.

1611 College Daze

• What a day! Wanted to clean the CAC noticeboard and change some articles and guess what I did? Locked the noticeboard key inside the board. "Powderful" rite? Too blur I supposed. Really dunno whether to laugh or cry.
• No spare key from the G.O. or other EXCO members. Tried all sorts of ways to get the key out but failed. Luckily I got some help and one of the school attendants managed to get it out using a wire. Phew... Really relieved and especially grateful to that 3 school attendants. I suppose you discover nice people when you are in trouble.

2611~2711 98s03 Chalet

• More than 1h MRT ride from Yew Tee to Pasir Ris. The frozen sotong balls also defrost already.
• Had lunch in White Sands. Took shuttle service to the chalet. The chalet was really big.
• Played the merry-go-round while the others spinned us round in "sonic" speed. Sensation of flinging out and we cannot even look up or we will definitely fall. Haha. That is the free version of those scare rides. Shall try it again one of these days. Heh. And that's the practical part of learning "Oscillations" right?
• Water balloons. Got wet not from the balloons but pails of water. Went into the pool in T-shirt and shorts since we were already wet. Sheeshh..
• Started the BBQ fire at 6pm. The guys sat there and watch TV, did not even clear the tables. See what I said about "New Century guys".
• Some mass games like 'passing parcel' & 'contact murderer' at night. Kept awake with crap and mahjong (and again we DO NOT gamble).
• Left at 9am next day. Only slept for 11/2hours or so on the couch outside. Right arm aching.

2811 Mark Your Love

• It was quite a meaningful day cos we are selling bookmarks for DPA a charity organisation.
• Got to Taka in jeans. Heh and that was my mom's cos I don't wear jeans. Haha it was so loose that I was afraid it might fall off anytime. Sheesh...
• Briefed before we were given the mascots and tin cans.
• I stood near the Taka-Wisma area. Nice location cos it's a cross-road of many exits/entrances/paths. Haha. Finished selling that 40 mascots by 12.30noon. Met people from all circles of life. Really interesting to see the reactions of different people. Hmm... great experience.
• Had lunch and sold the 10 extras we just collected.
• Returned everything and went to Taka to hang around (zohboh).

0812 The Snooze

• I got up at 9.30 am and was terribly shocked cos I have a meeting at 9.30 am. My house is very far from college so I am obviously very late. Luckily the meeting was quite a crappy one and very few EXCO turned up. =P Phew...
• Went to Bukit Timah area to have lunch and bought the things needed for the orientation activities next year.

1412 Crash!

• PC kena infected with virus but failed to disinfect. Thinking that copying the same files from another computer to overwrite the existing infected ones would work. But it didn't. sigh... PC could not even start after that.

1812 The Successful Unsuccess

• Hmm... well well.. only 5 people including myself turned up for the CAC outing. Gee... quite a failure as P.O.
• Went to Bubble Tea and then Taka Square. Played some 'dineng' games. Hmm... quite fun + funny. Did get to know a 'lil more about those few who went.

2112 Missed

• Dedication I made thru FM 93.3 was read and I did not get to listen to it myself. Ermm... quite annoyed with myself but can do something not. Luckily my Crescent friends gave me first-hand info. But hoh, I did not dedicate the song to them this time. =P Paiseh... And I guess most of the NJ people whom I dedicated the song to did not get to hear it cos they never listen to FM 93.3 mah.

2312 Crescent Gathering

• Went to Ponderosa for a filling meal. Yikes... stuffed myself up until stomach got bloated. Heehee... that's the nice thing about being in a girls' school. Can eat anyway you want. Feel so-very comfortable with my Crescent ex-classmates.
• Got the "role" of He Xian-Gu as we assumed roles from the Chinese serial currently showing on Channel 8. Past roles moi assumed : Zhang Cui Shan (Yi Tian Tu Long Ji) and Xiao Mei (Under The Same Roof). There was still one more from "Da Shi Dai" but I forgot already. Roles from "Yi Tian" are still the ultimate ones we remember.
• Walked around in Raffles Place. Hmm... can look at things + people and also help us to digest the food we gorged ourselves with.
• 11 of us were present for this gathering. Nice feeling being with them. Discussed about the Star Awards which was 3 days back. Everyone was so enthusiastic and all chipped in the casual and crappy discussion. That's our style, yeah! Super 'Chinese'. Most of the time, we (at least for the major group of us lah) sing, talk, read, watch... in Chinese. I am very, if not totally, ignorant about actors from the West. =P 4/5 ichiban!
• My classmates saw Hossan Leong. And me as blur as usual did not get to see him. sigh sigh.. no wonder my NJ friends call me "dineng".

2412 + 2512 Commemorating The Birth of Jesus

• 2512 is not the actual birthday of Jesus but still we set aside this day to remember this great moment. A time more than juz celebration.
• Went to night church service on the 24th and morning service on the 25th.. This proves more inspiring than pure enjoyment on this occasion.

2812 Rainy Day...

• BBQ at Nigel's place. Quite a nice evening except for the fact that it was drizzling.
