Evan had his first “out-of-crib” experience Sunday afternoon (1/9/04). We knew he was really close to climbing out of the crib so we had put a little padding beside his crib on Saturday. Sure enough, on when I left the room for Sunday’s nap, Chris and I heard a loud thump. When we went in to see what had happened, Evan was standing up next to his crib. I can’t tell whether he scared himself enough to not do it again or if he sees this as a means of escape. Time will tell.
Christmas 2004
Evan had a lot of fun this Christmas and got a lot of great toys.
