and Education Program |

WCC conducts
training on the issues of violence against women, feminist counseling,
support groups formation, assertive communication skills, setting
up of community and hospital-based crisis centers and chelters
to individuals, organizations and professionals. A traning program
for survivors is likewise undertaken. WCC also provides assistance
in the training, modeules development and educational activities
of groups or individuals. They may be contacted upon request.

Documentation and Publication |

Women who have
sought the assistance of WCC have provided a wealth of information
which aids in understanding the issue of violence against women.
These data have been collated and analyzed and have proven valuable
to researchers, legislators, service providers, trainors, lawyers,
policy makers, professionals and women as well. WCC has conducted
research studies using feminist participatory research methodologies
to ensure results that are women-centered and beneficial to women. |

organizational dynamics of WCC has always been anchored on the principles
of collective decision making and feminist management. Through the
years, it has developed tools for feminist organizational management.
Groups, organizations and institutions can avail of this upon request.
Service institutions and other centers for women can likewise avail
of these service to set-up or refine their present programs to better
respond to the needs of survivors. |
