Jennifer Marella Austria

Even more awww...

Jennifer was born on December 1, 1981. She graduated from Marian High School in 1999, and is currently a student at Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, in Kalamazoo, MI. She is a double major in Accounting and Art, with a minor in General Business. She will receive her BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and BA in April 2004. Jenny is an active member of Western Michigan University's foremost business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. She has participated in WMU's Women's Chorus (conducted by Dr. Delores Gauthier), and has been PR Historian and Treasurer of Western's Filipino Student Association. She was also Ritual Chair for Delta Sigma Pi (Epsilon Omicron chapter).

Jenny currently designs jewelry, paints (mainly oils), and has a new hobby in backpacking. She has a little kitty named Harley (see picture), who is SO cute and purrs like a motorcycle.

Memories of Jenny (or "Jen" as she prefers that I call her now but never will) that stand out most in my mind are:

Jenny dressed as lime green ball of tootoo, performing in a dance recital to "I Am a Star" "...I am a star, a star that's bright. I really, am, a glorious sight. From my head, down, to my toes, I am a star the whole world knows...."

Her first Manitou show. Jenny's artwork was INCREDIBLE, and by far the most facinating work presented at this show (sorry Phil!).
