My trip to the Philippines in Summer 2000 was an incredible experience. Family bonds were rekindled at the Austria Reunion Picnic and the Makati Wedding. Not only was I able to visit Grandma Austria and meet new family members and friends, but I also was able to travel to beautiful places such as Villa Escudero and the islands of Tagaytay. | ||

Trip to Villa Escudero My trip to Villa Escudero was mainly spent with my father, Uncle Bong, Auntie Ludy, Auntie Baby, and my cousins Melissa, BJ, and Kristin. We had lots of fun taking tours, swimming, eating next to the waterfall, and viewing elaborate Spanish-Catholic art. Probably the funniest moment of the trip that I can remember is when Auntie Ludy got scared that Kristin and I would row our canoe off the waterfall! |
