~THE FIRST WEEK~
WHEN I BEGAN TO EXERCISE I STARTED WITH FIVE MINUTES AND GRADUALLY WALKED MYSELF UP TO TWENTY MINUTES BUT THAT WAS THE HARDEST FIVE MINUTES OF MY LIFE I DO MY EXERCISING AT NIGHT BETWEEN 8:00pm AND 10:00pm
PICK A CONVENIENT TIME FOR YOURSELF AND TRY TO EXERCISE AT THE SAME TIME EVERYDAY IF YOU MISS A COUPLE OF DAYS DON'T EXPECT TO RESUME AT THE SAME LEVEL THAT YOU STOPPED AT GRADUALLY BUILD BACK UP TO THAT LEVEL AND OF COURSE... BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM

WALKING ON THE TREADMILL HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY CHOICE OF EXERCISING BUT I WILL ALSO BE EXERCISING ON A WORKOUT BENCH, DOING CRUNCHES, LIFTING WEIGHTS IF IT PROVES TO BE TO MUCH FOR ME TOO SOON THEN I'LL STOP AND RESUME EXERCISING ON THE BENCH AT A LATER TIME
