8:00pm AND 10:00pm






PICK A CONVENIENT TIME FOR YOURSELF
AND TRY TO EXERCISE
AT THE SAME TIME EVERYDAY
IF YOU MISS A COUPLE OF DAYS
DON'T EXPECT TO RESUME
AT THE SAME LEVEL THAT YOU STOPPED AT
GRADUALLY BUILD BACK UP TO THAT LEVEL
AND OF COURSE...
BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM

HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY CHOICE OF EXERCISING

A WORKOUT BENCH, DOING CRUNCHES, LIFTING WEIGHTS
IF IT PROVES TO BE TO MUCH FOR ME TOO SOON
THEN I'LL STOP AND RESUME EXERCISING
ON THE BENCH AT A LATER TIME
