~MY SECOND WEEK~
MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT THAT YOU DRINK AT LEAST EIGHT GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AND EAT SMALLER PORTION MEALS LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.
FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE I WILL TRY TO MAINTAIN THIRTY FIVE MINUTES EVERYDAY UNTIL THE LAST FIVE DAYS OF THE MONTH THEN I WILL BEGIN TO GRADUALLY TO PROGRESS TO FORTY MINUTES ONE EXTRA MINUTE A DAY.

ON THE WEEKENDS I"M WORKING OUT ON THE BENCH DOING CRUNCHES AND LIFTING WEIGHTS TO GIVE MY FEET A BREAK.
IT'S GOOD TO TRY DIFFERENT EXERCISES THAT WAY YOU WON'T GET TOO BORED.
KEEP A CHART OF YOUR TIME AS YOU PROGRESS. PROGRESS YOURSELF SLOWLY. SLOW DOWN OR STOP TO REST IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY CHEST DISCOMFORT SHORTNESS OF BREATH SWEATING OR ANY UNUSUAL SYMPTOMS... I LIKE TO SWEAT THATS WHEN I KNOW I'M BURNING FAT!!!
