The above photo is one of many I made on the grounds of Kyongbokkung Palace. It was full of couples getting their wedding photos. Dozens of them, it seemed, mostly in traditional western white gown and tux, but a few were like these two. Much more interesting, no? (I added the "KOREA" caption.)

Downtown Seoul has many shopping districts, each typically taking up a full city block. One of them has many bookstores. I saw this bookstore and had to take a photo. I could not get a wide enough shot to show all the volumes in the foreground, stacked out onto the sidewalk. |
| I only stayed in Seoul for a few days in transit. I regret it now.
I'd like to go back and explore Korea extensively some day. |
