because there is something special about each and every site.
You don't have to be an HTML GURU
as long as I like it !...but ABSOLUTELY
under no circumstances will I issue an award to a homepage
that has PORNOGRAPHY or SPONSORS PORNOGRAPHY SITES.
Included are HATRED or DISCRIMINATION.
That rule is non-negotiable.
Your pages must contain more than just a list of links.
They must be interesting and easy to navigate.
They may not contain content unsuitable for children.
Links must not be broken.No broken images.
You must link back to my site.Under construction pages are OUT.
You may not just take the award.
Only those sites who are
listed on my WINNERS page have been officially issued an award.
All sites requesting this award will be visited and judged by "Moi".
