I like stats information to see what brings people to my page from search engines (I usually add information that they are looking for if possible)--but I want the business in charge of such stats to be honest with me when I sign up! This is pertaining to My Computer.Com. |

Subj: Re: 19 New Reports for SuperStats Users! To whom it may concern, (From your [their] last email) "When were you removed from the traffic list?" I am not sure of the exact day. I probably noticed Thursday of last week and I did not request it. I did try Sunday to go through the sign up process again so I could select the information that would be made public but I was no longer given that option as when I first signed up. (From your [their] last email) "With the lite version of superstats you cannot choose which reports to make public." The following is a quote from one of the emails sent to me about my lite site from your company: Only your daily unique visitor data, site URL, and country of origin will be displayed. All other information will not be made public unless you request it to be displayed." I really would like a reply to this email to add to the others as I will make a page with all this information. I think the public should know. Following is the email so you can acquaint yourself with your company's offer to upgrade my lite site: . . . . **[I have never received a response to this email sent over a month ago]** |

I don't see why I should advertise your new superstats traffic list on my pages when you won't keep me listed on it. Also I tried and there is no way to specify what records I want made public and you are listing more than I approved (for the short amount of time I was listed). That problem is being taken care of and will be fixed shortly. After it is fixed you will need to login to your account and click on Manager and then on SuperStats Traffic Account Status.
