  Citizen V/Crimson Cowl:lThe Thunderbolts watch as Citizen V is whisked away by a red cowl which is only the beginning of conflict between Citizen V and the Crimson Cowl.
Footprints: At Baron Zemo's castle Techno disguised as Ogre discovers footprints on the floor but doesn't tell anyone about them before his demise. Has this story thread almost been resolved or are there still questions to be answered?
Graviton: Defeated by the Thunderbolts, Graviton lingered in a black abyss until saved mysteriously by someone in a cloak who made him an offer. Now after some time Graviton's plan appears to be coming to fruition.
Greatest Weapon on Earth: Techno discovers something very interesting after looking at Man-Killer and later mentions the Crimson Cowl. Its a while before the trust of this insidious gambit is revealed.
  Hawkeye and the Commission: Hawkeye becomes the leader of the Thunderbolts but what tells them about possibly getting a pardon isn't exactly true.
Hawkeye and the Chain Gang: While Hawkeye is serving his prison term he gets an unexpected visitor and then Mentallo makes him an offer he can't refuse that leads him on an adventure with other criminals.
  Jolt's School Troubles: Jolt doesn't like school and doesn't want a normal life but what happened in her past to make her feel this way?
  Man-Killer: Atlas discovers Man-Killer working at a bar and grill in that he goes to and wrestles with the idea of telling the Thunderbolts about her.
  Mockingbird's Message: Mockingbird is briefly revived as a dead corpse by the Grim Reaper and has a message to tell Hawkeye but she doesn't get a chance to tell it in time. What is Mockingbird's message to Hawkeye?
  Moonstone's Dreams: Moonstone begins having strange dreams that seem to be connected with the her own moonstone gem.
Moonstone the Murderer: Escaping the heroes of Earth only to end up on the world of Kosmos, Moonstone comes up with a plan for the Thunderbolts to return to Earth. What exactly Moonstone did is kept a secret by a couple and has yet to come back to haunt the Thunderbolts.
  Omega-32:The mystery of Omega-32! what is it? And how is Henry Gyrich invovlved?
Techno's Chambers: Three bio-chambers sit deep within the Thunderbolts headquarters, two of the three have mysterious containments both with abnormal life signs.
  The V-battalion: Citizen V is ordered to assassinate someone but doesn't follow through with the orders as the mystery of the target grows and the V-Battalion plans come into view.
  What happened to Citizen V?: Citizen V is knocked out by a mysterious character after inspecting a weather device.
