Stores & Services That Offer a Discount to Homeschoolers
There are many stores that offer a discount to educators &, luckily for us, many of them will extend these discounts to homeschoolers too! These discounts usually range from 10% to 20% & I have included the discount amounts that I know of offhand. I have provided links to the homepages of these chains wherever possible to help you find a store locally BUT most, if not all, of these stores offer their discounts solely through their regular stores & not online. Also, there are a few local stores that had websites that I have included here. Many stores request some kind of proof that you are a homeschooler. If you do not receive any paperwork from the district/state to prove this or do not belong to a group that offers these discounts, you can find directions at A to Z's Home's Cool Home Educators' Discounts. I cary my proof with me everywhere & just ask at all the stores that have educational materials such as bookstores & parent/teacher stores. If you know of a store, either locally or nationally, that offers a discount, please let me know so that I can add it!
