Educational Excellence - School at Home (EE-SAH)
email: Momsview@aol.com
We are MAINSTREAM homeschooling families from Summit and surrounding NJ towns and counties. Great manners and kindness are a MUST for all children and parents that participate in our weekly activities. Our mission is to facilitate: (1) positive social interaction; (2) structured, education-oriented activities; and (3) joyful sports, crafts, and play AMONG WELL BEHAVED CHILDREN. (Spiritual/mystical customs, dietary proclivities, and/or medicinal/homeopathic practices are NOT discussed, or demonstrated during our child-focused outings) Please Note: This is NOT A SUPPORT group for parents--"EE-SAH" is a "FUN GROUP" for SUPER KIDS THAT WANT AND DESERVE SUPER FRIENDS.

Shore Area Homeschoolers

If anyone in Monmouth/Ocean County is interested in getting together for Game Days, Park Days, occasional field trips, "activity alert" email list, or anything else we may pop up with (options are limitless!).....then let me know. We are a group that consists of babies to teens. We would love it if we could get to know more homeschoolers in the area.

Unschoolers Network

Unschoolers Network is a statewide, inclusive group.

Teen Network is a weekly variety club that focuses on the interests and concerns of teen friends that interact and explore their world with kindness, good-manners, enthusiasm, and cooperation. In an effort to also include teens that may otherwise be reluctant to join groups, "Teen Network" does not pressure members to interact-members warm-up and participate at their own pace and comfort level. Weekly attendance is not mandatory, however members must attend at least 2 meetings per month. "Teen Network" pays particular attention to:
* Teen Articulation and Positive Socialization/Recreation
* Community Responsibilities and Concerns
* Community Service Projects
* Literacy
* Science
* Government
* Photography
* Computers
"Teen Network" meetings take place in a youth center in Summit, NJ. The center has a wide array of teen-friendly amenities (computers; ping-pong, foosball, and pool tables; board and video games; arts and crafts, kitchen, music, and meeting areas).
