REVOLUTION
The planet of Debrock is a peaceable world on the Federation/Romulan border. Rich in dilithium, it is eager to join the Federation. This all seems to lead to a simple question, "Who would have a problem with this?" One group in particular, the Romulan Star Empire. Deciding to leave this world unaligned and, in turn, easily accessible is the best option for them, they send their best operative in to end the movement to membership. While slowing laying out his plan, overeager operatives on the planet act without him, kidnapping Federation representatives and escalating matters. Now the Endeavor's captain and his crew must race to defuse the situation and save the hostages before they and this planet is lost.
