In msg from Benny Cooper, 7 October 1998:
I also thought I would let you know I got a copy of Thomas' death certificate a while back and I can give you a bit more about him if you need it.  On the 23 of June 1998 I received a copy of his death certificate.  He evidently became ill on or about the 20th of July 1923 and passed away on the 24th of July at 10:55 pm.  He was attended by Dr. T. E. Jarvis, M.D. and was last  seen by the doctor on the 22 of July.  His son, Charles Rufus Robinson was the informant for the certificate.  He died from a faulty heart valve.  His date of birth was not given specifically, but his age was given as 87 years, 5 months and 28 days.  Using a date calculator , that puts his date of birth as 26 January 1836....his father's name on the death certificate is given as Berry.
This is actually short for Littleberry Robinson, Jr.
