Chorus of The Dawn
Chorus of The Dawn
A mystic poem I’ll write to you for you to read through and through For in its verses are hidden clues for spiritual advancement and to amuse First let’s look up to the stars from beautiful Venus to fiery Mars Who rule the each in their separate houses cast their influence upset the dowsers On to circles made of stone sit within and feel at home Waiting for the divine proof realize that they forgot the roof Have you ever cast the Runes should it only be done in June or in the shadow of the full moon do they only forecast doom Then to Magic it’s quite queer how they make things disappear Only to come back somewhere else is it the Fairies Pixies or Elf Flying Saucers there’s the thing are the responsible for corn circle rings Or are they only flights of fantasy excuse me while I raid the pantry And then to tarot it‘s in the cards the secrets of life do not discard Even the fool must play his part but discerning what must be an art All these mysteries and even trance all point in one direction that’s to France Are the powers trying to restore the balance or just leading us a merry dance On then to the candles power different colours some scented with flowers Wax set straight up in eerie towers keepers of light they burn for hours Look then to Egypt for a sign find deep in the roots of Ancient SION Four Gods initials in hidden depths those of Seth Isis Osiris Nepthys How many more mysteries hidden before as we eat wisdoms apple to the core And just as we reach for the pip Adam and Eve arrive by spaceship Then there is always fate to someone somewhere today’s the date Maybe it’s the finding of ones soulmate or ones demise Oh do have faith
