Aurora
      
To Meditate sit upright in a chair
Open up your mind and be aware
To communicate with those who care
Whenever you have time to spare

To develop and put to good use
A gift that’s rare and to good to lose
But use it with care and don’t abuse
Or you are sure to blow a fuse

With spirit near there’s nothing to fear
So much love and joy I’d shed a tear
But don’t take in all that you hear  
Just let your feelings give the all clear

The life you lead should feel much freer
Because you become and experienced seer
Spirit will make sure there is nothing to fear
To reassure you with the thing you will hear
