Defection Attempt Strikes Out

A resident of Beach 140th Street recently circulated a "survey" on the beach blocks of Beach 140th and 141st Streets in an attempt to convince those Belle Harbor residents to declared themselves part of Neponsit. The effort was a complete failure. The Association, of course, will fight any attempt to break up our wonderful neighborhood.
