Frank was affiliated with the Christian Church in Carlisle in 1908. He was in the 313th signal corp, 88th division 1918-1919. He worked for Western Electric Co. in Chicago 1920-1923 as a cost reduction engineer. In 1941, he was with Remington Arms Co. in Bridgeport, Conn as a foreman and retired in 1959.

Wilma notes that Frank was married twice, the second one long and happy (presumably the one to Jane). No information is given on his other wife. Frank had no children.
