William's parents are named in his son Leslie's obituary as David Morgan and Mary Evans. As far as I know, they aren't related to William's mother-in-law, Jane Chlo Morgan. Although, coincidentally, Jane Chlo had a brother Lewis who married Nancy Evans and they had a son William born in July of 1833. But with all that is written about Jane Chlo and family, I think someone would have picked up on it if William Allen Morgan were related.
