These are stories of customers being stupid. As the title suggests. However, I wanted to point out that I'm not coming down heavily on them. These particular individuals just don't want to be helped. Given a clear and simple process to follow they still manage to fumble about in the dark.

Where the CSR discusses the finer points of queueing for an operator.
