Optimus can't use the Matrix. The fact
that he cured the Hate Plague with the Matrix was a continuity error-only
Rodimus Prime could use the Matrix. In the Japanese version, in fact, the
Matrix REJECTED Optimus and killed him in order to be with Rodimus!
