And What I'm Up To
| 9/06/01 | My God, it's been a long time since I've done this but rest assured that updating has been going on, just I haven't told you about it. Various things have been added to Literary Corner MD including the long awaited retyped Madness of Mad Monk III, a play I wrote years ago. Also, during the Easter holidays I wrote a bunch of short journal type entries and sent them to an orchestra mailing list. This is the result. It doesn't really have a name. What else? Hmmm, well most of the site now works off a Cambridge server so is theoretically quicker than Geocities. It is in Cambridge anyway. That'll do for now, see you next yr I guess! |
| 23/02/00 | Exciting news! I have finally got around to ripping and uploading the tune that this website is based on - John Parish and Polly Jean Harvey's "Lost Fun Zone". It's only short so why not download it. Tip: Save it to file, it's quicker and you can keep it. In other new stuff related news, I have created and added a fab new picture to the weird gallery. Thanks to Clarkey for the use and abuse of his image. |
| 15/02/00 | Two new things for you this time. First there's been an increase in the size of the chat pages. Yes, I've been back there with a slightly different guise and this is the result. | 29/01/00 | Ah ha, I am back and I have made many many additions to my wonderful page. So What's New? Erm, the Larry Paulson page is alive and well. The chat pages have been all but abandoned but I've left them up for reminicing purposes. It's a good representation of my time at IBM last year. There's a smidgy little exercise thing that I've put up for a bit of a laugh, I guess it's quite funny. Voicemail II has been written and finally added to the literary section. Here's Voicemail I if you missed it first time. Hmm what else? Oh yeah, the home page has been completely revamped. It's looking good! But I guess you've already noticed that. I think that's about it. Hope you all had a good New Years and let me be one of the last to welcome you into the 21st century. |
| 09/11/99 | Hello there, I am back and I am proud. My God, it's been so long! Well, I have had many ambitious ideas in the pipeline but alas I have had very little time to do them in. I think Christmas will be a good time to add new things. Since I left IBM I think the only change to my site has been the unveiling of the chat pages which aren't especially exciting but are the beginnings of a project that didn't quite work out. The one chat session that's up at the moment is quite good though, even though it's months old! |
| 29/06/99 | Well, the end is nigh..... it seems like my internet access is finally being ended thus the Lost Fun Zone is temporarily halted. As a fitting adieu, I created a new page, the Tori Amos page. An unoriginal idea carried off a little more originally. Only slightly though. As for any more additions to the page, nothing major will be added until October 1999 when I get to Uni and I regain free internet access. Au revoir people, you've been good to me. |

| 28/05/99 | I've made the link page a whole lot more foxy. Also, the pages linked to are now actually pages that I often use and are interesting. Before, I was a new internet user and chose pages somewhat randomly. Anyway, enjoy! |
| 19/05/99 | OK, my, it's been a while since I made any updates, hasn't it? Well I'm back now. The temporary site detailed below is now no longer. It has been replaced by something with a similar theme but is less aimed at IBM, in case someone sees it and I get in the shit. The new page is called The Internet Birds which is not a great leap forward in terms of subject matter but it is a lot more interesting and quicker to load up. Also, the buttons are up and looking great, if I do say so myself. Click them, here's the one for The Internet Birds, try it!  Oh yeah, and I've also been playing about with backgrounds on pages eg. on the title page, what with that vulgar sick design. That's it I think....... |
| 03/03/99 | New page. The very temporary IBM Birds page. Temporary because if certain people find it out, I'll be sued quick sharp. I'm also playing about with buttons instead of hotspots for the intrasite links. You'll see how that works out. |

Oooo, I've been quite busy today. Mostly making the front page look that little bit neater and nicer. I've been playing with the old GIF animator lately, playing about. As you may have seen there is a new title on the home page in a sexy font which flashes and does all sorts of exciting things... you like? Oh yeah, and I've changed the front page colour back to a hideous shade of green. This was in order to solve some colouring problems I was having with the GIFs. As the rest of the site consists of gross colours, the front page mayaswell be the worst/best. I never did add any poems to Literary Corner M.D. but I probably will some time soon. I have a bit of work to catch up on, y'see. Oh yeah, and there's a slideshow addition to the 'king pages now, with brand new pictures. Check it out, if you know how..... |
| 26/02/99 | I've done very little since I last said hi. The biggest (?) change is that all the sarky home links have now gone. But fear not! They have been replaced by cute little animated gifs
Also, the home page now has 2 (count 'em) addresses. Wow! The new one is welcome.to/LostFunZone Try it, it works! Thanks again to Russ for that fab idea (I don't think I have one original thought). If I can be bothered, I will also be adding a few more poems to Literary Corner M.D. today. If not today, then soon. It don't really matter though cause it's not like anyone's reading this apart from me. |

| 17/02/99 | OK, so what is new today? Well, this page is new, this What's New section. Isn't it cool, I like it. It won't only be a What's New page but also a What's Going To Be New page ie.things that I'm working on and maybe I'll say hello to people and stuff. Hello Russ! At the moment I'm working on a chat section. It will have hints and tips as to how to be really annoying in a chat room and not just by flooding but incorporating other effects. There will also be a few transcriptions of chats that I have had under various guises determined to piss people off. I don't know when it'll be up, probably when it's ready. |
